WE NEED YOUR SUPPORT!

Just a Helping Hand relies on the generosity of individuals, the local community and local businesses, for financial and item donations to keep our valuable services running.

The financial donations are used to purchase rucksacks and other key items that are not always donated and it also helps with any running costs.  Every donation can make a difference to an individual who is currently rough sleeping.

Mother Teresa said “We ourselves feel that what we are doing is just a drop in the ocean. But the ocean would be less because of that missing drop.”  We hope you agree!

Want to donate items?
We are delighted that we are supported by local businesses who host drop-off points where anyone can leave items that are needed. Each point also has a list of items required.

Please note that we can only accept brand new or unopened and unused items. The reason for this is that we always want to give the person who will be receiving them a sense of significance and being cared about.
