We know that taking the first step in seeking and asking for help can feel extremely difficult. We also know that many people have endured traumatic experiences, and many in their childhood which effects their current life choices as an adult. That is why at the core of what we do there is kindness and compassion. We also know that taking that first step is a step in the right direction, so we say well done.
Here at Just a Helping Hand we are dedicated in supporting individuals facing homelessness in Runnymede and the surrounding areas of Spelthorne and Elmbridge. The items that are available to support are uniquely tailored to each individuals needs.

What to expect from us
We give a warm welcome, offering food and a warm drink and a listening ear, offering free assistance to people of all backgrounds during times of crisis. The items that are available to support are uniquely tailored to each individuals needs.
Rucksack
Each rucksack is put together for an individual who is homeless whether this includes rough sleeping, sofa surfing or in temporary accommodation.
Clothing
Many of our items of clothing are pre-loved donated items. We take great care that all of our clothing is at the highest standard as possible. All items are washed and ironed. All items of underwear are brand new including socks.
